Dear Sela, I am a student of Crystal Healing, many books are contradicting as you well know. Your book came highly recommended. I was able to obtain a copy of the 1998 version and I am not sure if there is an update on the information. To get to the point, I am writing you because my father is very ill will an A-Fib heart condition. His heart rate is irregular and would often go down to 30 and up to 140. He just received a pacemaker but he is still having highs. I have been treating him with the typical heart “type” stones, ukanite, kunzite, rose quartz, and more. He was feeling better for a while but was definitely not cured in any way. He is in constant pain as this condition was the result of being literally crushed by a 3 story fall onto concrete. He is in his mid-60′s. He is constantly in pain but the heart condition is my first concern. Do you still recommend cinnabar? I had read only about cinnabar as a stone for drawing abundance, although I never did have that experience with it. As a last resort they are going to shock his heart and hope that fixes it. Apparently the doctors believe this is hereditary, I suffer from ADD which manifests as a form of Narcolepsy? and wonder if I might have the start of the same condition. Would you please give me some advice as to how I might successfully treat his serious and most likely fatal condition? Is there anything else you can recommend for him and should I be taking the same treatment. I would greatly appreciate your professional and personal advice.

Well, Liz, this would all depend. There are two types of depression. One is a chemical imbalance in the brain which would be a physical application and therefore require amethyst. The other is ‘situational’ depression which would be emotional anxiety due to circumstances. The latter would not require amethyst or lepidolite, but rather the stones for the emotional body such as are found, but not limited to, those on the shield stone bracelet. -Lovelight, sela

Dear Sela.

Almost 13 years ago I fell down from a truck and hit my head and got inner head bleeding. I was put in controlled coma for 2 weeks, so that the doctors could fix the pressure and the bleeding in my head. From that on I can´t smell or taste things. Almost everything is gone, the only thing I can taste is salt,sugar, sour and . I also got migrain. Can crystals and other stones fix my problems?

Sela, I have some concerns over Sodium Chloride the man made one is supposed to be harmful? Can you buy a natural sodium chloride, say from the sea that is missing those minerals?
